Refund Terms & Liability

Refund Policies

• Refunds must be requested with written notice (email) by October 4th, 2023.

I understand that by purchasing the In Person course, I will also be receiving the At Home course as a bundle, therefore, should life happen and I am not able to attend the In Person course and require a refund, I will only be refunded for the In Person portion of my payment ($53).

I understand that should the health department discontinue in person gatherings, the In Person course will be moved to a live Zoom course for the same dates and times and I will not be refunded due to this fact.

• In Person and At Home course are both 8 weeks long.

I understand that should I miss any of the In Person course during our 8 week duration, the At Home course is bundled in to provide me with any missed In Person classes. Given this fact, I will not be offered refunds for missing In Person classes during the series.

• 6 months of access to At Home program.

I understand that the At Home program is a flow at your own pace program, however my access to the program will end after 6 months.

• I understand there are copyright laws and this program is intellectual property of MamaCore Method, LLC and I will not share, record or copy.

• I affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice MamaCore and participation is at my own risk. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or may have hereafter against MamaCore, LLC and its instructors.

• I have been cleared by my birth provider and I am beyond 8 weeks postpartum.
