MamaCore Method In-Person
About the course
Merging movement with ceremony, for our individual and collective healing.
This in-person gathering is far more than a movement class. It is a sacred opportunity for mothers to gather together and honor our body/mind/spirit in the presence of community. We will begin with a guided meditation to land in our space together, breathwork to sync our energy, a Core Lesson to align our awareness, and then a movement flow to integrate it all. We will close with community connection, allowing space for conversation and a safe container for whatever comes up within us. You will walk away feeling rooted in a community of Mothers, grounded in your nervous system, and connected to your breath/body/core.
*the details* – to create a safe space for sharing, this class will not be recorded. However, when you purchase your ticket for the in-person course, you will also receive the MamaCore at Home course included in your purchase. Each week of these 8 week programs (at Home, and In-Person) aligns with the Core Lessons and Guided Flows. Therefore, if you miss an in-person class, nbd! Learn and flow at home at your convenience, and then join us in-person when life allows.
Location: Center for Psychotherapy and Wellness
Dates: Thursday nights, October 5- November 30 (no class on Thanksgiving)
Time: 7:00 – 8:15pm
What to bring: Bring a journal and a pen. If you would like to move on your own yoga mat or blanket feel free to bring that! Our space is carpeted and our flows encourage movement beyond the confines of a yoga mat, so no mat = no problem :)
